Gluten Free Meister by Kobayashi Noodle is a third-generation family business from Gifu, Japan that has been carrying on the family legacy in making premium quality noodles since 1947. Our focus is on producing plant-based, allergen-free noodles, making safe, high quality products for customers with various types of food preference or restrictions. Our Ramen noodles are made from non-GMO 100% Japanese rice and have superb texture just like real Ramen. We bring our newest addition to the Overland Expo: Hot water ready, packable Ramen series and plant-based Chick-N Noodle Soup!
